Flavours and Fillings
My standard flavours are
Madagascan Vanilla filled with Jam and Buttercream
Zesty Lemon filled with Lemon Curd and Lemon Buttercream
Chocolate Fudge filled with rich Chocolate Buttercream or Ganache.
I tend to use ganache to cover most of my cakes before icing with a thin layer of sugarpaste. For my Giant Cupcakes, the cupcake ‘case’ is made with chocolate….Milk, Dark or White. For coloured cases, these are still made from White Chocolate which I custom colour.
All cakes are baked as close as possible to order date to ensure freshness, and the trimmings of each one are meticulously taste tested!
I offer so many other flavours and love trying new recipes. The following is just a sample. However please note that these flavours may incur a small extra charge, depending on size of cake.
Spiced Apple Cake
Rich brandy soaked fruit cake
White Chocolate and Raspberry
Mint Choc Chip
Banana, Toffee and Pecan
Some filling suggestions are
Jam (any flavour)
Any flavour buttercream
Including Combinations of the above.
I could talk cake all day so please feel free to ask me for advice and suggestions when it comes to choosing your cake flavours. What’s inside most definitely counts!
Cupcakes range from £2.00 each to £5.00 each for the most decorative.
Giant Cupcakes start from £50 each.
Celebration Cakes start from £60 each for one tier, £85 for small 2 tiers.
3+ tier wedding cakes from £350.

Please note that 2017 has very limited availability, I have lots of lovely weddings booked. 2018 and even 2019 are already booking up so when it comes to wedding cakes it is never too early to get in touch.
For celebration cakes, I only take orders up to 6 months in advance.
